Over the course of my career, I’ve helped global brands like Grammarly, Cisco Webex, Mixpanel, Urban Outfitters, Sumo Logic and the US Department of Defense take the gobbledygook out of complex ecosystems to empower customers with intuitive interfaces and services.

I partner with designers and product development teams to gather insights, prioritize opportunities, create inspiring strategic visions and bring ideas to life.

I also strive to make the industry better for the next generation of designers. I have mentored and managed product designers. And I have also transform processes to elevate craft and hiring that have led to diverse team compositions.

Rocio Del Carmen undeniably cares about creating safe spaces and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. She has helped me realize my confidence while mentoring me through my first full-time role.
